Last Saturday I celebrated my birthday by doing one of my favourite things.. taking photos at a wedding and WOW what a wedding it was! To begin with, the apartment where Jules got ready with her birdesmaids and parents was AMAZING… it was a dream! Dave is just the sweetest groom, he had a handmade photo book for her to open on her wedding day… looking at this was the first time I got choked up! The stunning dress hung gloriously in the bedroom designed by the gorgeous Australian designer Essense. I will let the photos speak for themselves! Jules had her hair and make up done by the fantastic Charlotte Bligh. The box of lingerie from Rigby and Peller added yet another touch of sophistication. The getting ready time was a very special and I enjoyed watching the girls laughing, dancing and just generally being super excited and happy. The special ipod mix put together by one of her bridesmaid really got everyone on the mood. I hope they all treasure those moments forever! Jules and Dave had chosen the most glorious colours for their wedding and I felt these were really tied together with the spectacular flowers from Petals or Pearls. There were so many highlights of the day for me, from watching their heartfelt ceremony to soaking up the atmosphere in the courtyard with the Jazz Ambiance music playing, the outstanding speeches and being TOTALLY amazed by the extremely talented silhouette artist, ‘The roving Artist’, Charles Burns. While I was editing these photos I couldn’t help but thinking Jules really suites being a bride, isn’t she stunning!!!
I could go on all day about how amazing this wedding was but I will let you see for yourself. Congratulations Jules and David, may you have a long and very happy marriage!!! Oh and please make my day by leaving a comment below?
